Yep, I think we're talking about different sorts of questions. I wouldn't expect to teach a fellow programmer a new language that I knew for instance because that's not my job. But I would help them if they got stuck. I'm talking two minute answers here not one hour ones.

You should tell people that you're too busy if that's the case :-)
