it's a bit irritating when colleagues say "Gosh, that looks a bit healthy" in a kind of mocking way

I've noticed that since I've been overweight, colleagues have stopped saying this. When I was thin, some colleagues would comment on everything I ate as "healthy". I was once asked, "How do you poo if you never eat any real food?"

Now I eat exactly the same "healthy" stuff, but I'm not thin any more, so everybody shuts up! It's rather marvellous.
