So, hm, what d'you think this guy needs?

An advance fee of 10,000 pounds so he can transfer funds to a value of fifteen million (15,000,000) dollars into a Swiss bank account, giving 10% to the VC for his help?

I used to get lots of emails trying to apply to Oxford or asking how to go about applying. These were almost all in bad english, some clearly having been machine-translated. Given that these were sent to the email address of the University Gilbert & Sullivan Society, I didn't feel any great responsibility to help unless they were much-needed tenors.
