Weather report

Perhaps summer's not quite over after all. It was so hot yesterday! Lay in bed tossing and turning for half the night, and didn't get to sleep till about 3 a.m. Didn't actually hear any thunder or see any lightning but the air definitely had that kind of electric crackle to it.

Cooler outside today, but still pretty damned hot in here.

(Sometimes I'm glad I don't live somewhere with a predictable and constant climate. What would we ever talk about?)
