Okay, so how do you know it only costs a couple of quid to make a dye that's completely fast, and completely non-toxic and hypoallergenic?
Well now, I don't know that, which is why I didn't phrase my comment as a statement of fact.
On the other hand, if the amount you use is a few cubic millimetres then a tube of, say, 5ml of it would last for a lot of treatments so it'd have to be pretty darn expensive to be worth more than a couple of quid per treatment.
There's also the issue that they're customising this dye so it matches your teeth.
I didn't say they would be making it in rainbow colours. For NHS purposes probably only a single colour would suffice and you'd get to choose the concentration.
