The main problem I had with the ending is that, well, the book doesn't really have one. It goes straight on into the sequel. Rather inconvenient for a film (but not at all impossible, of course). Whether Burton or Depp or anyone intends to go on and film the sequel I don't know - it was always the book I preferred, of the two, so I hope that it does get made - but I'm not sure how they can, given the way they tied this one up.
Is it just me, or does Christopher Lee appear to be not as old as he 'ought' to be?
