Well, the way they told me to put them in, I'm supposed to clean them by rubbing them in a few drops of the cleaning thingy first anyway, so they should be wettish anyway when I put them in. On the other hand I have to try to get some of the excess liquid off them otherwise the lens just flops flat across my finger -- I seem to need it to stay curved in order to seat it properly on the curve of the eyeball.
God, glasses are starting to seem like such a sensible invention! :-)
