j4Sweet and crunchy Easter salad
Ingredients:
Half a bag of Co-op 'sweet and crunchy' salad (lettuce, cabbage, carrot)
Half a tub of cottage cheese
One apple, cut into small pieces
One hot cross bun, cut into small pieces
Method:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Eat. Ignore bewildered looks of colleagues.
