I wouldn't worry about it. I've received email/replies from complete strangers who must have used scripts + google to track down my site and spam me with strange messages. I've had them from religious nutcases, lawyers claiming to represent $software companies, trolls and scam artists.
The last one was to do with a book I read, and the email I got from the author immediately made me delete the reference to the book. I didn't want to endorse anything from anyone who would go out of their way to be that rude to someone they didn't know.. :D
