I dream so rarely[*] these days that I'm almost starting to be jealous of other people's anxiety dreams. Or dreams with any narrative or structure at all.
Only very occasionally now do I wake up with the threads of a dream still hanging on, and even then it tends to be a flavour of a thought, or a vague image rather than any kind of dream I could relate.
I don't get the classic getting-later-for-no-reason anxiety dreams. As far as I'm aware. I'd like to claim that this is because I'm a supremely un-anxious Zen master, but suspect it's just that my anxiety comes out in different ways.
