Sell the car, bank most of the proceeds for The Future, and spend abt gbp 150 on getting the yardwork done (fence painted, bit of wall set up, weeding and litter removed). You have Something Else Much More Important Going On and selling the car and sorting out the yard will make you feel so much better.
