Your weasel is the Domestic Ferret!
Your weasel is the Domestic Ferret. You're cute,
you're playful, you're mischevious, you love
being at home with people. An ambasador of
weaselness.
Good news: You're the weasel everyone wants. Your
good house manners, brought about by thousands
of years of genetic seletion, make you housepet
and weasel about town.
Bad news: People STILL think you're a wild animal.
You're not! You're a sucky wimp, okay?

Which weasel are you?
brought to you by Quizilla

And while I rather like this result... FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE! What weasel are you? This really is plumbing the depths.

In other news: feeling a lot better today. Stomach pains seem to be dying down (which does rather make me suspect that stress was aggravating them, if not actually causing them) and I've got through the morning on only two cans of coke (this sounds bad, but is actually a slight improvement).

Lovely to see [livejournal.com profile] hoiho again last night; we accidentally ended up in the Carlton pub quiz (with [livejournal.com profile] mobbsy and [livejournal.com profile] beckyc) and came a very respectable second place. Then back to Hermitage for coffee.

Folk festival ticket for [livejournal.com profile] hoiho (which is what all the eBay fuss was about) should be in the post today, so should arrive tomorrow (when I'll actually be in to catch the recorded delivery!). Also, my latest order of CDs from Amazon was despatched today, so with any luck that will turn up tomorrow too. Nice timing.

Karate lesson yesterday was good; feel like things are coming together a lot better. Still REALLY need to practice more (i.e. "at all", ahem) though.

Pub as usual tonight (after I've finished the job application, sigh), and no work tomorrow (though I have to be in and awake-ish when the niceman from 24/7 turns up to take our spare electricity away). Then Skelliga gig tomorrow night at the Portland.

Now if only I could stop feeling guilty for being a bit happier... <sigh>

Apparently, I'm a domestic ferret too. Isn't life strange?

Hey, mustelids have just as much right to their own quiz as kittens, anime characters and Starbucks beverages. And why aren't you a badger? (It is an option; I tried. I, however, am an American River Otter.)

Yay! on the Stomach pains dying down; from what [livejournal.com profile] sion_a has said (food you reacted to and food you're okay with) it is most likely to be caused by stress than from something you're eating.

Stress is also a major factor in IBS reactions as well, as I know all too well.

W00t! THank you: you've saved me from another trip to (a different part of) North Wales.

Starbucks beverages? Please tell me you're joking.

I suspect I'm not a badger because I chose things like "Oooh! Shiny colours!" and "People think I'm wild, but I'm NOT!" and "shiny shiny shiny!" (*poing*)

(Otter than what?)

Hrm. If I stress, I get ill; being ill makes me stressed. :-(

Wow! You're a Caramel Macchiato! Trendy as hell,
you're a popular drink among female starbucks
goers. Your smooth caramel taste soothes the
soul. People love you, despite your caloric
content. They are pleasantly surprised by the
sweet caramel residue that you always leave
behind in the bottom of their cup.

11 results for 'starbucks' on a Quizilla search. Gosh.

(And Caramel Macchiato is my favourite Starbucks beverage! Well I'll be!)

From the very depths of boredom:

Wow! You're a Cappuccino! A hardy and robust blend,
you probably smell quite strongly. Not a coffee
for the casual drinker, Starbucks employees
often ask customers if they are sure they want
to order you. You know you're good though, so
don't worry about it. If people can't handle
your strength, they can always order you
frozen.

Wow, that is *so* weird! I mean, like, I usually order a cappucino when I go to coffee shops! That is, you know, so *totally* me!!!

If you didn't want to come to the motor-racing all you had to do was say...

Oh, I want to go to the motor-racing, and I really do want to see you peeps; but I really don't want the cross-country drive again...

That's understandable.
Another time, after we're back from our summer holiday on the Isle of Wight, perhaps.
