I don't think disconnectedness associated with fatigue is that surprising. My own personal brand (for today at least) feels more like the universe flows round me, like as I walk forwards the real world parts in front of me, and seals itself again behind.
I hope you manage to relax --- maybe you can teach me that trick if you manage it...
