Aghh!

I was just going to write stuff about new job, but skimmed through Friends page first, and saw bopeepsheep mention "University Challenge -- with acronym on" -- and that's when I went AGHH! because I'd completely lost track of days/time/etc. and forgotten it was tonight. :-( As it was I had a karate lesson tonight but only because I thought I was free on Monday nights, and I could have moved it if I'd connected "Monday" and "the 9th" and "today" enough in advance, and, aghh.

Will write about new job when I feel a bit less like a complete waste of oxygen, not to mention feeling like a complete dead loss as a friend. :-( In the meantime, acronym, I'm really really REALLY sorry, and I hope the evening went well, & I'd like to see the episode on video some time.

No need to apologise! I got an officemate to record it, so when I have the video back, I can lend it to you - or you could ask one of the residents of Atherton Close to run you a copy off their TiVo...
