Got this one from [livejournal.com profile] bopeepsheep working eventually...

eXpressive: 8/10
Practical: 5/10
Physical: 4/10
Giver: 8/10

Hit Points: 80/100
Alignment: Chaotic Good

You are a XSIG--Expressive Sentimental Intellectual Giver. This makes you a Teddy Bear.

Hee! I just want to give you a big squeeze. You are tender, honest, generous and fair. You are an excellent kisser and a sensitive, communicative lover, and you know it. You would never intentionally hurt someone's feelings or overstep his/her boundaries. You have beautiful eyes.

Most people take your laid-back attitude, blazing wit and subtle sexiness and stick you in "friend." But some see your extreme hotness for what it is and latch on. This means you have a few members of your target sex in the bank at all times -- I call this "money in the sex bank" -- but you're too sensitive and thoughtful to exploit them. More than once.

You are so rational and deliberate in an argument that it can frustrate and exhaust your partner. Your fights can take forever, but your press on with them until they are completely resolved and both you and your partner are satisfied. If your partner is weak of will, s/he may just give in -- be wary of this! An emotional or passive-aggressive outburst later will hurt and horrify you.

It is *critically important* that you are able to respect your partner. The moment you lose respect for him/her, you lose everything.

When you make friends, you make them for life -- you can go without speaking to a friend for years and pick up right where you left off. You are completely faithful, both physically and emotionally. You are the second best (to XPIG) parent of any type.

If you are male, you have a huge shlong. Just saying.

Of the 6221 people who have taken this quiz, 11.9 % are this type.

You find yourself struggling to avoid confrontational situations at work, but do persevere -- it's just not worth arguing over in the long term. Be prepared to take a risk towards the end of the week -- you might find it pays off big time! Your lucky colour is blue, and your lucky day is Thursday.

That's at least the second time I've got a result that includes the words 'you feel misunderstood, and you probably are'.

/me passes [livejournal.com profile] j4 a blue crayon (there's enough of them on the floor here). And hey, it's Thursday! Near the end of the week! Buy a lottery ticket. #-)

Ooh! I still have last night's lottery ticket, and one from last week, to check (I save them for when I need cheering up. Or when losing won't make me more depressed)

Hope you win!

What's your view on scratchcards, OOI? Do they make you depressed if you don't win, or is it more the build-up and let-down of the main lottery?

Have not tried them. I allow myself to do the lottery because I forget that I have done it, so always have that hope, somewhere in the background, as pointless as it is to hope(I know the numbers. Anyone who points out how improbable it is that I can win will be sternly stared at), that I have won serious money, and can make my family and friends safe, and buy Worf and Seven a big house.

Ah. I don't do the lottery for much the same reason -- that sort of background mustn't-hope-but-can't-help-hoping drives me crackers. She said, trying not to hope.

Mind you, at least with the Lottery you get an update on the situation once a week.

:) I've been writing quizzes for the past two weeks, though not the kind of thing that you put on lj. Now I'm officially fed up of them, and my scenarios have started getting surreal as a consequence. Things like

A frog or a lizard is due to emerge from a hole in the ground. The probability it is a frog is 0.8. If not, it is a lizard. The creature will come out of the ground sometime in the next hour. The probability density function of a lizard emerging at time x (in hours from now) is 3*x*x. The PDF of a frog emerging at time x (in hours from now) is 4*x*x*x. You catch the creature, and guess what kind it is, based only on the time it popped out of the hole.

and

There is a probability of 0.9 that a boss will have pointy hair. There is a probability of 0.2 that a member of the population at random will have pointy hair, and a probability of 0.1 that a member of the population is a boss. Use Bayes' rule to calculate, to two decimal places the probability of someone with pointy hair being a boss.

and writing things like The signalman on yon hill rather than A signalman on a hill.

It's a good job I've finished now, :).
