Nov. 18th, 2004 09:57 amI keep getting these emails that look like I'm being copied in on some kind of pointless top-posted conversation between a bunch of airhead girls. They're not telling me about pictures of their breasts on the web, or offering me fake Rolexes, so I'm not sure what the purpose of it as spam would be, except possibly to get me to reply & prove I'm a real email address. If it is spam, it's very convincingly written to sound like real email. On the other hand, if it's not spam, I should probably tell these nonces that they're cc'ing university staff in on their tedious social arrangements. (I wonder if they've mixed my crsid up with that of "the elusive johanna"?) Or maybe I should just turn up and join them?
