Without googling, where do you think Preeshenlle is? And (for bonus points) how do you think it is pronounced?

I do know where it is because I've been through/near it on a boat (which should be non-specific enough not to give it away to those who might like to guess) but I haven't the foggiest how you pronounce it. Presumably not in any of the likeliest ways.
