Without googling, where do you think Preeshenlle is? And (for bonus points) how do you think it is pronounced?

My best guess would be some kind of shampoo or something. The word is the right shape to be a brand name of some really pretentious beauty product: just about pronounceable, exotic sounding without resembling any real language. I would probably say it as pree-shen-ul but wouldn't be surprised to hear some bimbo saying pri-shen-ley in a breathy, mock-exotic accent.
