Without googling, where do you think Preeshenlle is? And (for bonus points) how do you think it is pronounced?

(without looking at other comments) The "Prees" sounds Dutch, but the "ll" seems Welsh or Spanish. I think on balance I'd got for somewhere in Belgium, pronounced something like [prɛːshɛnlə]
