Why doesn't that surprise me? I really like that picture, actually, though it looks rather as though she should be getting frizzled to a crisp by the fiery breath right by her right shoulder :)
She doesn't look like a very good librarian. I'm sure you'd be better at it than her. Perhaps hell's librarian is a bad one, who has no classification system, lets readers tare books, and has no care for the fire risk. And the woman in the picture's vacant look makes her look more like hell's reshelver than hell's librarin. Go replace her and do a proper job!
I'm not sure she looks vacant; more thoughtful, to me. It's still the wrong expression for a librarian to have when a pile of books are about to be incinerated though.
She's just daydreaming for a moment, safe in the knowledge that all the books in her care were re-bound in asbestos before being shelved. Maybe she's thinking of the punishments she'll inflict on the dragon for kindling fire or flame within her library. (Don't all beautiful maidens have those role-reversal fantasies about chaining the dragon up to the rock outside the cave?)
...it occurs to me actually that that librarian seems to be more sensibly dressed than most of the results from that quiz, too. Inadequate heating in public libraries due to fund shortages, perhaps?
Never having been a beautiful maiden, I couldn't directly comment on what fantasies such people might have, but I'm reminded of the chained-up dragon in Shrek.

The preservation issues at that temperature are ... infernal. And that dragon should really be wearing gloves to handle fragile material.
