[livejournal.com profile] addedentry and I are having a birthday on Friday, 5 May and would like you to help us celebrate on Sunday, 7 May. Specifically, join us at CB2 in Cambridge any time from 4 o'clock.

In a variant on a riddle that's even older than Owen: our combined ages will be 57, and one of us will not be 29. (Hahahaha.)

I have a Descent of Parents that weekend, hence making it might be tricky. And having just found the Perfect Birthday Present, it turns out that shipping costs the same again….

The thing about commenting on how cute that mirror-image pair of icons you both use is is that I really want a way of doing it simultaneously to both your journals.

I just find myself trying to work out which way round is the original.

And 57 years is very Heinzian.

For one of them to have to be the original is very pre-post-modern of you.

Oh dear. At the mention of Kenya I appear to have contracted a meme. It's not your fault.

Have a lovely time.

I shall be in Scotland, celebrating another birthday that took place on the same 5th of May. But a little more recently.

A delightfully happy 5th of May to you both, and many happy returns. My goal is that I shall start getting more RL with LJ acquaintences in the next five years, now that Child is getting a bit older, developing more flexibility with his routines, and 'II is getting used to the fact that I even *have* LJ friends. :-)

Lately I have been noticing a particular type of mine, which is neglecting to hit the 'r' key hard enough when typing the word "friend".

I'd like to come but I am having trouble with the fact that I want to be in Cambridge on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon, but don't really have anywhere to be between those two times. I'll get back to you if I can think of a way of solving this conundrum :-/
