Thank you! (Hard to get the text in looking big and MOARish but not obscuring the image... might have another go later.)
How did you get the badger in the costume looking so convincing? That's like one of those worth1000 competitions where they take the people out of the clothes and stuff. Er, if you see what I mean.
Pure luck, err, I mean talent. Finding a suitable image was pure luck, blending the two together was a few minutes with a soft edged clearing brush. Roughly like this:
Load the image of the moor into photoshop
Load the badger into a second layer
Decrease the opacity of the badger layer so I could see through it, and move it to the right place
Use a soft edged brush in clear mode to expose the underlying picture in the right places and blend the two together smoothly
Use a soft edged brush and the eye dropper to repair the badger's jaw a little (the A had covered it slightly
Stick the badger layer back to full opacity and save the image
Of course! (Though I suspect you could also do a better job of producing an icon from the original xkcd than I did...)
I am struggling to work out why my tags have given you a Lady Marmalade earworm, though thinking about it has given me that earworm too... which unfortunately makes me think of playing the bongos (it's one of the tracks in Donkey Konga).
*does bongo action on the desk* (err, not like that)

The "more more more" bit of said song. Still, it makes a change from 99 blasted Red Balloons, which was on the radio the other weekend when we took the bus out to the Bookshop In The Middle Of Nowhere and which keeps coming back at odd moments since.

I don't know what you thought I would read that as, but I suspect it's one of those places where "show not tell" applies.
