I've now received independent notification of the news story about the rogue badger from: giolla, MBM, fluffymormegil, John Burnham, uon, and JunkList. Thank you all... how did you guess I was interested in badgers? :-)

I saw it on Monochrome, but assumed you'd probably have heard about it from someone else. Ten points to me :-)

On Mono, the story contained a typo and it was described as a "rouge badger". That was an image I really didn't need...

While on BBC News Online the boxout quotes Mike Weaver as saying, "I been involved with badgers for 24 years now and I've never heard of anything like this." Love how omitting one word makes him sound like a Worcestershire yokel.

Heh. I only got five emails but when it was posted on ILX as 'badger goes on rampage' the first four posts were expressions of disappointment that the headline didn't refer to me.
