Look, I was trying to do some work, but ntl: was flaking out, and Photoshop just ambushed me, okay? Anyway, I did these for [livejournal.com profile] hoiho, but some of you other freaks out there might appreciate them too:

I like the ways in which you are twisted.

<grin> Why thank you. It's entirely mutual! I think we need to compare notes, though, to find out just how twisted we are... ;-)

See, now, I wasn't sure about that, so I looked it up, and the lyrics that I found on the web said "aiko aiko all day". I can't remember where the ones I found actually were, but it wasn't the only one that says that:

http://www.lyricstime.com/lyrics/30495.html (http://www.lyricstime.com/lyrics/30495.html)
http://www.lyricsfreak.com/g/grateful-dead/62486.html (http://www.lyricsfreak.com/g/grateful-dead/62486.html)
http://dannyman.toldme.com/lyrics/Grateful_Dead/Aiko_Aiko.html (http://dannyman.toldme.com/lyrics/Grateful_Dead/Aiko_Aiko.html)

And those all claim to be the lyrics of the Grateful Dead version, so now. (So now.)

On the other hand, the ones that spell it "iko iko" (er, like what I did, oops) seem to have "unday" or "an day":

I consider the Dr John version to be canonical.
And Weir never could rememebr lyrics right.

Oh, all right. I sit corrected. :-)

This (http://www3.clearlight.com/~acsa/introjs.htm?/~acsa/songfile/IKOIKO.HTM) agrees with you, btw.

(Note to self: don't argue with [livejournal.com profile] hoiho about Dead lyrics!)
(Note to [livejournal.com profile] hoiho: if you're online, why don't you email me, eh?)

Eh, either you is dialed up or you isn't. :)

Actually -- have you got offline mail reading set up? Have you got offline livejournalling set up, for that matter? Does such a thing exist?

(So anyway, I have this neat method of sucking eggs which I thought you might be interested to learn...)
