If I were a Tetris block, I would be a L-Shaped Tetris Block! I am flexible, creative and innovative. I can be used in a variety of ways, for many different purposes; I'm probably bisexual, or at least I sleep around a lot. Use me right, and I will make your world a better place. Grrr. This would be such a cool answer if it wasn't for one sentence.

I want to be the five-block diagonal piece in Welltris. The one that no matter what you do it doesn't fit into anything and you spend the next 100 or so pieces rearranging the entire screen around it, but you kind of relish the challenge even while you're cursing it, because without it the game would get too boring.

Or a heart-shaped piece. That would be cool.

I love that track, but never really got into the album. Don't think I've even got a copy any more, I gave all my Nirvana albums to my sister. (Except the tape of 'Bleach' which I kept for bizarre not-very-sentimental reasons.)

I haven't played it for a while, it won't run on my iMac. I need to get an old Mac (system 8.? probably) up and running so I can play it. Might see if I can set the LCIII up as a games machine, actually...

You would probably enjoy Block Out, which is Tetris in 3-D with players seeking to make complete planes rather than lines. Later levels have all sorts of imaginitive blocks like

...if you see what I mean, or even if you don't. Erm. It's a five-cube composite of [0,3]x[0,1]x[0,1] and [1,2]x[0,2]x[1,2].

Used to have a couple of shareware 3D Tetris games for the Mac (though neither will run on OS9 let alone OSX) which were quite nifty, the problem is you end up with gaps at the 'back' of the drop-zone which you then can't see to fill. I've seen a version which solves this by allowing you to rotate the board, but that somehow seems like cheating...

Block Out has too many keys!

Should imagine it would work in dosemu (though personally I've never got anything to work in there that required graphics. And there doesn't seem to be a dosemu package in Fedore (boo)).
