Does anybody have...
Sep. 15th, 2004 10:52 am... any crap quizzes, lists of questions, etc. that I can fill in as a substitute for original thought, and also as a distraction from the fact that my stomach feels like it's been put through a mangle but I can't stop drinking the coffee (which is undoubtedly making things worse) or else I'll fall asleep at my desk ...?
Just wondering.

[ ooh, now, writing icon or sex icon ? ]

Date: 2004-09-15 07:57 am (UTC)Mmmmm. I think I will file that away in my mind somewhere.
The one that's just occurred to me in a moment of where-the-hell-did-that-come-from is: perhaps the real reason Ophelia goes completely fruitloop is that it's Polonius's child she's pregnant with, and she no longer has any hope of hiding her guilty secret in a hasty marriage to Hamlet?
(Yeah, I know the whole was-Ophelia-pregnant thing is very old and boring, but come on, this breathes new and twisted life into it. And it's supported by the text! Honest!)
