... as I realise that all I am is a big ugly stack of tatty books and shoes that's blocking the view of the TV.

I just want to live somewhere that I can actually be alive without getting in anybody's way.

Sorry... I just visualised you coming home all bouncy and having your mood deflated by being treated as an unwelcome object blocking the view of the telly. :|

I used to feel very messy and disorganised when living with tidy people - now I live with even messier people and feel relatively virtuous. ;)
