From bad to worse

j4Slept badly, despite getting to bed at a reasonable time. Sore throat that I had yesterday seems to have lessened, but has been replaced by a chesty cough.
Feeling irritable and edgy. This has not been helped by being told that I'm an "objectively dangerous" driver by somebody who doesn't know me, has never seen me drive, and knows next-to-nothing about my car.
Stupidly left my wallet at home this morning -- which means I can't buy lunch, can't buy stamps for the job applications which I finished over the weekend, and can't buy anything from the drinks/snacks machine (though this last is probably a good thing).
And that's before I get the Bad News email.
